Q: can i turn up for a session?

A: We recommend pre booking your session online or through our customer service team prior to your arrival. Please book early to avoid disappointment as availability is limited.

A: We will get you onto the Play Zone as soon as possible, but if we are busy then you will only be able to join what’s left of your booked session time. To make sure you get the full session amount in, aim to arrive at LEAST 20 minutes before your scheduled session time.
A: there is no minimum age for these sessions however they must be able to walk unaided and anyone 3 years old or under (walking)must have a full paying adult on the play zone with them at all times(under 1 years / none walking must stay within the dedicated under 4’s section of the play frame). Ages 4+ can play unsupervised.

A: All participants must wear grip socks whilst in the play zone. This is to ensure the grip keeps you safe on the trampolines. You are welcome to bring your socks back or from other trampoline parks but the grips must cover the entire sole of your foot. If you’d like to purchase a pair, they’re just £2.50.
A: When coming to our play zone, we recommend that you wear something comfy like shorts, trackies and t-shirts – you need to be able to move around, play and jump without being restricted. We’d recommend avoiding wearing skirts, dresses, or strapless tops as these may be difficult to keep in place while bouncing. Bear in mind that no sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs will be allowed on to trampolines and no jewellery is permitted whilst jumping.

A: As long as you are not required to be in the play zone with the little ones YES!! You can watch all the action on the play zone from our mezzanine viewing gallery and cafe. We also offer free WiFi!

A: Yes we do! We serve a wide range of drinks, snacks and hot and cold food all day from our cafe on the mezzanine. An ideal viewing gallery. Food will stop being served 45 minutes before closure.
A:If you have any sort of medical condition that you think may affect your ability to jump safely on a trampoline, you must consult with a qualified medical practitioner before you come. Pregnant ladies are not permitted to bounce for the safety of themselves and the unborn child.
A: The weight limit for our trampolines is 18.5 st. (120Kg). Jumpers using our airbag tower must be over the age of 5.
