We do not offer refunds or credit notes if you miss a pre booked play session/activity session or event.
All pre-bookings are non refundable, we will however allow where possible if 72 hours notice is provided your booking to be transferred to another date subject to availability at mangers discretion.If we are unable to open for any reason then you would be able to have a booking for that
day transferred to another day.
Party deposits are strictly not refundable but in some cases will be transferable.
Parties cancelled on the same week of the party will not be able to be transferred and the full
balance would be due. However If the party needs to be cancelled the same week of the party then it would only be eligible to be transferred to another day in the future if it is the birthday child who is ill and a doctor’s note would need to be provided.
We can not hold bookings (parties,other bookings with management approval) without a non-refundable deposit all pre-bookings require payment in full. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party unless you choose to pay in full beforehand.
All of our party hosts and play zone monitors are fully trained to monitor customers in the party areas and play zone to ensure that safety rules are being adhered to.
We are not child carers so all guests are the responsibility of their parents/carers who must accompany/supervise their children at all times.
Whilst the children’s safety is paramount and all reasonable precautions are taken to prevent harm, we do know that sometimes accidents happen so at all of our play sessions at least 1 first aid trained staff member will be on site should an injury take place.
We like to keep all of our customers on our database to keep in touch about our future events. Should you not wish to be contacted, please let us know at any time and we can remove your details from our database.
By signing the booking form you are agreeing to allow us to take photographs at your event which we may use for marketing purposes including our social media platforms. It is the booker’s responsibility to gain permission from parents of the children/child who do not belong to them to be included in the photographs. Should there be an instance where permission is refused after the booking has been made, please let us know at any point prior to the start of the session.
